You send the form below with your documents. A confirmation email with a link to follow your status goes to your inbox.

We review your credentials
Our team checks your degree, licence card and identity. If your application is accepted, your dashboard account is created and a link to choose your password arrives by email; if not, we tell you why.

A conversation with us
Before your profile goes live we interview you. It is part of the final credential decision.

You set up your profile
In your dashboard you add your title and areas, your session price, the formats you offer (video, phone, in person) and the hours you are free.

You go live
Once you are approved and your subscription is active, your profile appears in the directory and clients can book sessions with you.

Session earnings
0% commission on your session income
There is no commission on your session prices. When you take money out, a withdrawal fee that depends on the payout method is deducted, and you see the exact amount before you confirm. The cost of processing the card or PayPal payment for a session is deducted from that session. Once the client has paid, you see the amount (an estimate) next to the session under earnings in your dashboard, together with what you receive after it.

What it pays for
The subscription pays for your place on Mentayar. While it is active, your profile is listed in the directory and clients can book sessions with you.

What it does not cover
It does not promise any number of clients or any income, and it is never taken out of your session earnings. You set your own prices, and payment and withdrawal costs are separate.

When you are charged
Once your credentials are verified and your profile is complete, you pay by card or PayPal. The subscription renews by itself at the end of each period, and the next period is charged then. You can turn automatic renewal off in “My subscription” whenever you like.

If it ends or a renewal fails
After a period ends you get a 7-day grace period, and your profile stays listed during it. After that it comes off the directory until you renew, so no new bookings can be made. Sessions already booked and paid, your dashboard, your messages and your earned balance all stay as they are. Renew, and your profile comes back.

- The result is emailed to you, and you can check your status any time with the status link.
- If your application is accepted you get a link to choose your password and open your dashboard; then come the interview, setting your price and hours, and going live.
Common questions
Does it cost anything to apply?
No. Applying is free. The subscription is bought later from your dashboard, after your credentials are verified and your profile is complete.
Which documents do I send?
A photo of yourself, an identity document, your licence or professional registration card if you have one, and your latest degree. Each file can be JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF, up to 5 MB.
How long does the review take?
We do not promise a fixed time. The result is emailed to you, and until then your status link shows that the application is in review.
What if my application is not accepted?
The reason is written in the email and on the status page, and the documents you sent are deleted.
Why do you ask for a licence number?
It is the number you declare yourself, and we compare it with the image of your licence card. If you do not have one, leave it empty.

Your files are kept in a private folder and only the review team can open them. They are never shown publicly.
