Specialists pay a subscription to be listed on Mentayar. You set the price of your own sessions.

Your subscription in brief

What it pays for
The subscription pays for your place on Mentayar. While it is active, your profile is listed in the directory and clients can book sessions with you.

What it does not cover
It does not promise any number of clients or any income, and it is never taken out of your session earnings. You set your own prices, and payment and withdrawal costs are separate.

When you are charged
Once your credentials are verified and your profile is complete, you pay by card or PayPal. The subscription renews by itself at the end of each period, and the next period is charged then. You can turn automatic renewal off in “My subscription” whenever you like.

If it ends or a renewal fails
After a period ends you get a 7-day grace period, and your profile stays listed during it. After that it comes off the directory until you renew, so no new bookings can be made. Sessions already booked and paid, your dashboard, your messages and your earned balance all stay as they are. Renew, and your profile comes back.
Subscription and session money
The subscription is billed separately. A flat service fee (a percentage plus a fixed amount, set in the platform settings) is deducted from each session payment, and your net share is shown on every session in your dashboard.
In your dashboard, under “My subscription”, you can see its status, its end date, your receipts, and the buttons to renew or stop renewal.
Gift and free membership codes
A gift code gives you a free subscription for a set period, with no payment.
Enter the code in the “My subscription” section of your dashboard. Codes come from our team or our partners.
Who sets the price of a session?
The specialist does. The price is on their profile, in euros or US dollars, and you see it again before you pay.
What happens to my money if I cancel a session?
The refundable percentage depends on how long before the session you cancel, and you see it before you confirm. The refundable amount is added to your Mentayar wallet and can be used for your next sessions.
What if a session did not go as I hoped?
Open “My sessions” and ask for a review. Asking does not blame anyone: our support team looks into it, tells you the outcome, and holds that session’s payment until then.
How do I pay?
You pay for a session with the online payment methods shown at checkout, and you can also top up your wallet by card.
Is the first session free?
Some specialists offer an introductory session at a lower price or free. If they do, it says so on their profile.

What happens if my subscription ends or does not renew?
After a period ends you get a 7-day grace period, and your profile stays listed during it. After that it comes off the directory until you renew, so no new bookings can be made. Sessions already booked and paid, your dashboard, your messages and your earned balance all stay as they are. Renew, and your profile comes back. While your profile is off the directory, a client cannot move an existing booking to a new time with you; the session itself still takes place as booked.
How do I renew, stop renewal or switch plans?
Renewal is automatic, and you can stop it in “My subscription” at any time; your profile stays listed until the end of the period you paid for and nothing more is charged. A plan cannot be switched mid-period: stop the renewal and, when the period ends, buy a new subscription with the period you prefer.
Can I get a refund for my subscription?
You can send a refund request for any subscription payment; each request is reviewed separately and you are told the outcome.
What if I work in both markets, or run a center?
The “Both markets” plan keeps you listed on both of our sites. Centers can take a bundle of seats instead of subscribing each specialist, and a specialist who has a center seat does not buy a separate subscription. Ask for an offer from the contact page.
